She communicated with me often to keep me informed of and updated on the houses that were on the market and houses that just came on the market. Even though I have been living in California and wanted to move to Pennsylvania, Pamela made my needs and wants a priority so I could have an easy transition. She is true in saying that she "finds the right house in the right neighborhood with the right price". The neighbors are friendly. Neighborhood is diverse, quiet and peaceful. An idea place to live for a single person and to raise a family. The city is laid back, all the amenities of the city life with out the hectic traffic, air pollution or crime. There is nothing like taking an early morning stroll inhaling fresh mountainous air and taking in the spectacular mountain views. The streets are lined with trees and liter free. The views from my windows in every room of the house are amazing. There is a reliable transportation system and most necessities are accessible within a short walking distance. I am living a stress free life. Johnstown is a place of tranquility.
