When visiting a home she would assist in pointing out positives as well as negative issues that would pertain to us, and come up with ideas on the spot about potential remedies to make it work for us. We’ve worked with many real estate agents and she is the only one who would follow up on specific homes via texting or calling, not just add our requirements to a search engine that populated our e-mail. My experience with Tish was excellent. She is true in saying that she "finds the right house in the right neighborhood with the right price". The neighbors are friendly. Neighborhood is diverse, quiet and peaceful. An idea place to live for a single person and to raise a family. The city is laid back, all the amenities of the city life with out the hectic traffic, air pollution or crime. There is nothing like taking an early morning stroll inhaling fresh mountainous air and taking in the spectacular mountain views. The streets are lined with trees and liter free. The views from my windows in every room of the house are amazing. There is a reliable transportation system and most necessities are accessible within a short walking distance. I am living a stress free life. Johnstown is a place of tranquility.
